The registration fee is 120 EUR per participant. It includes coffee breaks and two lunches at LAPTh (Thursday and Friday), as well as the social dinner in Annecy center on Thursday evening.
Please note that there are no restaurant options within walking distance from LAPTh.
A reduced fee of 60 EUR is available for participants who choose not to attend the social dinner.
Registration fees are to be paid through the CNRS Azur-Colloque platform, following instructions below:

Please make sure that you fill in the form and proceed to payment in one go, as partially completed procedures cannot be retrieved.

If you pay directly yourself, please select "the invoice must be established to your name" in the form. If instead your institution pays on your behalf, please select "the invoice must be established to your organization's name". If you are affiliated to a CNRS lab (or mixed unit), you can also pay by purchase order (bon de commande). Please approach your local administrator for further details.

You can pay either by credit card or by bank transfer. For the latter case, please specify in the transfer's description "Last Name RPP2025".

Please make sure that you selected the correct amount that applies to your situation. Be aware that fees are not refundable, documented illness being the only exception.
You will receive a confirmation email at the adress you provided in the form after successful payment. Payment constitutes confirmation of registration.
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the social dinner at a cost of 66 EUR per person, payable separately on the same platform.
