Conference Venue

The meeting will take place at Laboratoire d'Annecy-le-Vieux de Physique Théorique (LAPTh) in Annecy. 

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be on Wednesday June 4th at La Brasserie de L'Impérial. The restaurant is located within the Impérial Palace located on the allée de l'Impérial in down-town Annecy.

It takes approximately 30 minutes by bus or 40 minutes walking to reach Impérial from LAPTh. See directions here. Acces to the restaurant is from the main entrance after the hotel reception. 

 

Accomodation

Accommodation should be arranged by each participant individually. A few recommendations located in central Annecy follow (in no particular order). All of them are walking distance from the pedestrian area, from the lake, and from a bus stop to the venue.

We advise to book early, as Annecy is a very touristic place, and spring is in high demand.
