Installation of the meeting
Summary:
Timetable:
— 11/06 AM: Registration of computers and recpetion of dosimeters
— 11/06 PM: Installation at the Lab and preparatory tests with the Drift Chambers and the Calo electronics.
— 12/06 AM/PM: installation in the beam zone. Close to final setup.— 15/06: Beam On.
— End date: the data needed can be registered
Minimal beam characteristics:
— Tunable beam down to 100 Hz in 100 cm^2.
— We want much more but can keep in mind that option. Few Hz on GRAiNITA can be useful to make sure we record all events synchronously.Acquisition rate:
— Jihane to check the 600 Hz acqusition rate limit .
— Clermont to operate the wavecatcher accordinglyAdditional / alternative triggers:
— 3x3 cm^2 possible to manufacture at Orsay.
— Clermont to propose early in the week of 20/05 an accommodation / send the constraintsMechanics/ alignment at large
— Setup finalised in Clermont the week of the 20/05
— Measurement of the alignment troll / box.
— Target: 0.5 mrad.
— Geometry of the DC [get pictures from Yury / Loris (SM)] and accommodation of the systems.Synchronisation of the computers:
— Test in Orsay
— Follow-up in Clermont.
— MH to ask Manuel Guttiere about their strategy back in time.Analysis Software:
— Hervé’s sw as a starting point
— exchange next week to converge on the basic script / meeting 24/06 15:00. - 2
