The workshop will be held in the GANIL Guest house on the GANIL Campus.
The conference dinner will take place in a restaurant in downtown Caen. The exact place will be announced in due time.
GANIL guesthouse
The guesthouse is located on GANIL campus. The hotel operates a non-smoking policy.

- 34 single rooms (with sink)
- 2 twin rooms for physically disabled guests (with sink and shower)

- Breakfast is possible at the restaurant from Monday to Friday. (~ 3 €)
How to book
To make a reservation, a guest shall be eligible to stay in the GANIL Guesthouse (coming for an experiment, a meeting, a collaboration…).
Send an email to accueil@ganil.fr, at least 3 days before scheduled arrival, with the following information:
- Your name and firstname
- Your institution/laboratory
- Your arrival and departure dates
- Your reason for visit.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: from 2:00 pm
Check-out time: by 11:00 am
Outside of business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday), your access card and your key will be available at the security office at the entrance of GANIL otherwise you will need to present you at the welcome office.
