The candidates are expected to arrive on June 9 (afternoon) and depart on June 15 (morning). Successful applicants will be notified of the procedure to pay the registration fee to confirm their final registration. The registration fee will be less than 300 euros (150 euros for local students) and includes the full board accommodation from June 9 (evening) to June 15 (morning), as well as the meals (except for the dinner on June 9). Fees include a social dinner and a cocktail. Participants' accommodation is foreseen in double (shared) studios at ResidHome in Bures-sur-Yvette, at walking distance from IJCLab, where the event will occur.
The deadline for application is April 15th 2024.
