The second edition of the EIC-France Workshop will take place on December 1-3, 2025, at IJCLab (Orsay). The preliminary agenda is now online.
The workshop will open on Monday with several introductory talks, including presentations on the plans for early physics running at the EIC. Tuesday morning will feature physics presentations and discussions, aimed at further defining the French community’s contributions to the EIC physics program. In the afternoon, the focus will shift to updates on instrumentation developments.
Finally, Wednesday will be devoted to a hands-on tutorial on the ePIC software and simulation framework. We strongly encourage all interested students and postdocs to participate in this session.
