Scientific Program

The symposium will start on tuesday @ noon and the big part of the agenda will be devoted to plenary talks on:
<lo>
  • scientific research in high energy physics in North Africa and expertise therein
  • doctoral formation and collaborations with sub-saharan countries
  • a review of the collaborations of CERN and Italy with the mediterranean basin and sub-Sahara
  • the main stream for collaboration at CNRS/IN2P3 </lo>
    Part of the time will be devoted to some proposals from other related activities: Grid, medical, accelerators etc ...

    Visits to some laboratories or funding agencies can be organized for those who stay after the symposium and are willing to make some official visits and establish MoU's.
