The final workshop for work package 3 is held in the new ECAP laboratory building end of November/beginning of December in a hybrid mode. Its goal is to recap the project outcomes, discuss adaptation to the OSSR to make it future-proof and reflect on further collaboration. We are looking forward to your input!

Social Dinner
The social dinner on Thursday at 7pm will take place at "Alter Simpl" in Erlangen Center (Bohlenplatz 2, 91054 Erlangen). It offers an assortment of traditional food in a cosy atmosphere.
Contributing to the workshop
You can find a preliminary timetable in the agenda. You are invited to contribute to the following talks:
Task review (Wednesday)
for task leaders, 25min + discussion
- report on the achieved project objectives
- sustainability of project outcomes and future perspectives
Partner report (Thursday)
for partner contacts or representatives (10min)
- short summary of tasks performed
- software added to the OSSR (or planned for onboarding)?
- expectations from OSSR
- future perspectives for cooperation
Technical contribution or onboarding (Thursday)
You can present & discuss your individual project and ideas as a follow-up presentation to the onboarding or give your actual onboarding talk during the workshop (20min).

- For follow-up presentations, you are free to choose your focus and presentation content.
