Location
The meeting will take place at the Institut de Physique Théorique (IPhT) of CEA-Saclay, near Paris.
Directions:
From Paris or Charles-de Gaulle airport : either one of the two options below.
1. Take RER B to Massy-Palaiseau (~30 min from Paris). Then transfer to the 91-06 or 91-10 bus (it requires extra ticket "t+", sold for 2E if bought on board; these are the same tickets you would use for the underground in Paris). The bus stop is about a 3-4 minute walk from the train platforms (see map and map). Finally, get off at the stop Orme des Merisiers (~15 min). There is a gate for pedestrian access right across the street at the bus stop. After the gate, go right. Once you reach the road, go left. The IPhT is building 774 at the end of the road on the right-hand side (see map, approx. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop)
2. Take RER B to Le Guichet (~40 min from Paris). Only the trains with destination Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuse will stop at this station. Then transfer to the bus number 9 going in the direction of Cepr/Gare de Jouy en Josas (it requires extra ticket "t+", sold for 2E if bought on board; these are the same tickets you would use for the underground in Paris). The bus station is 3 minutes walking from the RER B Le Guichet station, see map here. Get off the bus at the stop Orme des Merisiers (~10 min). There is a gate for pedestrian access right across the street at the bus stop. After the gate, go right. Once you reach the road, go left. The IPhT is building 774 at the end of the road on the right-hand side (see map, approx. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop).
From Orly Airport: get to the Antony RER B station via Orlyval train shuttle. Then follow either direction 1 or 2 above.

Rooms:
The meeting will take place either in room 50 or in room 35, see programme.
Room 50: when you enter building 774, take the swing door in front of the entrance on the right and go straight down the corridor. There is another swinging door almost at the end of the corridor. Open it and you will see room 50 in front of you.
Room 35: when you enter building 774, take the swing door on the left side (but be careful not to enter the Bloch Amphitheatre, where there is a nice meeting on "Black holes microstructure": you might get trapped inside forever) and follow the corridor. You will find room 35 at the end of it.
Coffee room: when you enter building 774, take the swing door on the left side. The coffee room is immediately on the right.
