  • Tests,  status of Hardware, Sergey
    • 8 new carriers (with bonded sensors, see () were smoke tested
    • 3 new DAQ boards from Cagliari working, we keep them for now
    • proxy boards need calibration => 1 already done, 2 others to be done
      • no big change expected by Szymon, need some implementation in our specific C++ sw
  • Readiness for Beam-test, Sergey, Szymon
    • need to change the communication between our C++-DAQ and the new fw of the DAQboard
      • Cagliari will take care of that
    • Sergey is going to CERN next week (April 25th) for integration
    • Test beam plan should be discussed next week
    • TO BE DONE: 1 run with HV=10V for 1 of each A,B,C,D split 4
  • Tests by Andrei and Kimmo
    • Kimmo's firmware helpful, specially to observe waveform
    • detailed study of A4 and B4 sensors
    • anti-correlation of charge on the pixel right to the seed with seed charge => ~1% effect (we ignore, but stay aware)
    • observation of pedestal change if X-ray flux too large => tests to be conducted with moderate flux
    • observation of oscillations on SF pixel => require change on capacitance
  • Analysis software for beam test, Yitao
    • clustering now adapted to analog-output pixels
      • seed identified with SNR cut then 3x3 (or larger) sub-matrix taken
    • then many plots come out for charges and position (cog) -> see batch of 3 pages from 1st test beam
    • Still to discuss the optimal way to build the event (from two frames from the 9 recorded)

    • for Tomorrow's meeting, assess that version C is ready (except for 15 µm)

  • Standard cell design, Xiaochao
    • list almost done wrt layout, to be discussed tomorrow
    • verification with Liberate (Jean) on-going

 

  • MOST, Szymon
    • good progress, whole chip completion underway (also with complete LVDS)
    • still working on separation of different power domains and insulation of deep wells (guard rings, ...)
      • this topic applies to all sensors
