Accommodation at Jean XXIII
The accommodation at centre Jean XXIII is included in the price.
Participants will be hosted in twin or single rooms.
Speakers are hosted in the same venue to allow best exchanges with participants.
The centre Jean XXIII is located at walking distance from LAPP (see directions below) and on the bus line #1 from the train station. Note however that on Sunday, the last bus is at 19h45.
Jean XXIII arrival and leaving times
The centre reception will be open from 8:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.
Luggages can be dropped off and picked up during these time slots.
If you arrive in Annecy outside of these time slots and wish to drop your luggage somewhere to enjoy the city, there is a luggage storage service: https://en.lac-annecy.com/luggage-storage/.
The rooms will be accessible from 16:00 on Sunday.
Note that you may arrive to the centre after 19:00 though the reception will be closed, we will let you know how to get your room keys.

Rooms organization (in particular if you want to share a room with a specific person) will be dealt with after the registration deadline.
The venue and centre Jean XXIII are both accessible to wheelchairs. If necessary, please let us know as soon as possible to request specific rooms.
