Dear BWSP participants,
please find below important information concerning the BWSP event:
1) The DCTA is a military basis with restricted entrance rules. The campi inside is a well arborized and safe place. The lectures will happen at the Auditorium Lacaz Netto (see ITA map tab)
2) As a military basis, there is a dress code for circulation in the area inside that was passed on to us. None of the organizers will enforce it, however, it can be requested by the military personnel
3) For logistic purposes, we shifted the entire afternoon session by 30 minutes. For any of the speakers of the afternoon session that this change will cause problems, we ask you to inform us.
4) The lunch will be at the COCTA restaurant (see ITA map tab). There will be a single bus making the transportation, but it is also possible to go by walking (~1.2km). Registered participants will receive a ticket for each day.
5) We will have transportation between the Nacional Inn Hotel and the Dan Inn Hotel to ITA. Soon we will inform the time of departure of the bus.
6) The event will be recorded. We will ask for each speaker the authorization to record/publish their presentation. All presentations will be available sometime after the end of the workshop on a platform free of charge, e.g. youtube.
7) On Thursday evening, we will have a social program: a legendary Barbecue. People who miss it will regret it.
8) Registration will take place on Sunday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the National Inn Hotel and in the Dan Inn Hotel, and also on Monday 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. at the Hall of Lacaz Netto auditorium.
