Please, download the below template (word or pdf format) and prepare your abstract for your abstract submission. Then, please, fill in the online form with some required information to apply for participation. The presentation can be either oral or poster. The number of oral presentations will be limited.
The banners must be printed in A0 size with portrait formatting. Easels (pedestals with supports) will be made available for participants to place their banners. Banners can be displayed from the first day to the last day of the event. The poster sessions will take place on two days of the event (Wednesday and Thursday) during the coffee break (16:00 to 16:45). Please, check the scientific program for more details.
