Accommodation and Meals :
Accommodation will be provided for free from August 23rd to August 28th (five nights, single room, breakfast included). An extra night can be provided on August 22nd if your plane/train arrival time makes it necessary in order to get to the beginning of the School on time. Participants are expected to check in and check out on these dates. You'll be staying at the Pré Saint Jean, about 10 minutes walk away from LAPP. Lunches will be provided for free from August 24th to August 28th.
A reception cocktail will also be offered.
The rest of the dinners are the responsibility of the participants and/or their universities.
Please contact the organizers if you need a special diet.
