The poster sessions will be happening in virtual rooms where the participants will be able to present their work and discuss with the attendees.
A Poster Book containing every poster as well as 1-page abstract will be distributed to the participants ahead of the conference to maximise the visibility of each poster.
The deadline for poster and abstract submission is Nov 23rd. Please note that as we will need to compile the Poster Book and prepare the virtual rooms, the deadline will not be postponed.
Once you have submitted your abstract, you can go in 'my contributions' and upload your poster in pdf.
