The registration fee is 90 € and includes coffee-breaks and lunches.
The social dinner has an extra cost of 49 €, and will take place at "Brasserie Saint Maurice", the evening of March the 28th.

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. No checks or cash payment is possible. And American Express is not accepted.
Participants are requested to register and pay in advance.
Regular participant
Regular participants are asked to follow these steps to register to the SuperNEMO Collaboration Meeting:
- use the fill the form on the registration link; for the tarification field, choose "meeting participant SUPERNEMO2019";
- by pressing next, your pre-registration is sent to the organisers;
- after your pre-registration has been validated by an organiser you will receive an email with the instruction to proceed to the full registration and the corresponding link;
- choose "confirm a pre-registration" for the SUPERNEMO2019 conference;
- at this stage, you are asked to decide if you participate to the social dinner: select "you are paying the invoice" or "someone else or a company pays", in the latter case enter the name of the institute that will pay for you in the last name field and the name of your accounting manager in the contact field;
- finally, you will be asked to choose the paying method (credit card or bank transfer).
Accompanying person
You have the possibility to register as an accompanying person. In that case, only the social dinner on March the 28th is to be paid (49€). To register for dinner, an accompanying person has to follow the same steps as described above (registration and payment):
- use the fill the form on the registration link; for the tarification field, choose "-";
- by pressing next, your pre-registration is sent to the organisers;
- after your pre-registration has been validated by an organiser you will receive an email with the instruction to proceed to the full registration and the corresponding link;
- Choose "Confirm a pre-registration", confirm you participation to the social dinner, and select a paying method.
Warning: please use a different email address than the one you used for yourself for the accompanying person, otherwise the system will reject the registration.
To facilitate the organisation, please send us an email with the name of the accompanying person.
CNRS employee
If you wish the fee directly paid by CNRS, please select "someone else or a company pays" at the payment stage, then enter the name of your institute in the "last name" field and the name of your accounting manager in the "contact" field..
LAPP employee
For an efficient organisation of meals and coffee breaks, LAPP employees are also asked to register. Please select "LAPP participant" and "Social Dinner".
