Description
I will present the analysis of the μ − e conversion process in a scenario Beyond the Standard Model (BSM), using an effective field theory (EFT) approach. In a first part, I will discuss what is an effective field theory and why we need it. In a second part I will discuss how to use effective field theories to constrain BSM models like μ-e conversion.
