Visa
All visitors to Vietnam must have an entry visa except those from visa exempt countries (or check here)
Please contact the Vietnamese diplomatic mission in your home country at your earliest convenience to obtain the entry visa well in advance.
Alternatively you can contact online a travel agency in Vietnam, such as the website myvietnamvisa.com to obtain an approval letter, which allows you to get an entry visa upon your arrival at the airport in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or Danang.
If you choose this option, please notice that:
1) No visa will be issued upon arrival without the prearranged approval letter.
2) You may have to wait for a considerable amount of time at the airport before getting your visa issued.
Access
The workshop will take place at Ton Duc Thang University, 19 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Housing, meals
Participants are requested to manage their housing by themselves, as well as their travel from airport / hotel to TDTU. Meals can be taken on site at the university.
Participation to the tutorial
Participants are required to bring their own laptop (minimum Core i3, RAM 4 Go). A virtual machine with a Linux OS and a ready-to-use Geant4 installation will be provided for 64 bits Windows and Mac machines, together with the installation instructions.
