Accommodation and Meals :
Accommodation will be provided for free from July 15th to July 22nd (seven nights, single room, breakfast included). Participants are expected to check in and check out on these dates. You'll be staying at the Pré Saint Jean, about 10 minutes walk away from LAPP. Click here to see a map of the area and the way to go from the Pré Saint Jean to the laboratory. You can find additional information directly on their site.
Lunches will be provided for free from July 16th to July 21st.
A reception cocktail will be offered on July 16th in the evening.
A social dinner, also free, has been tentatively scheduled on the evening of July 20th.
The rest of the dinners are the responsibility of the participants and/or their universities.
Please contact the organizers if you need a special diet.
