The meeting took place in the Amphi Bloch at the Institut de Physique Théorique (IPhT) de Saclay, located in the CEA campus of L'Orme des Merisiers, about 25km southwest of Paris. If you came by your own, using public transport from downtown Paris (or the airports): you took RER B to Le Guichet, then took bus 9 to L'Orme des Merisiers and walked inside the campus. Conference shuttle busses were organized according to the following schedule:
Busses left from the left side of the road in front of the Gare Routière (Bus Station) near the RER B Le Guichet station. Here is a map with the precise departure point. You had to be sharp on time as we said that they won't wait (but actually they waited; how nice...). One of the organizers was at Le Guichet at the times of bus departures. In case of problems, you could call +33 (0)6 26 88 12 67 (M. Cirelli). Outside of these hours, you had to please refer to the directions linked above. Lunches were offered free of charge to the participants:
The banquet took place on tuesday 31/3 in the evening at Bouillon Racine. Accommodation: given the location of the IPhT, served by the RER B Le Guichet station, it was best to choose a hotel on the RER B line, either in Paris or in the southern banlieu. At Le Guichet, the only option was:
