Virtual Particle Physics in Paris
Measures taken in these weeks are leading to home-office for a sizeable fraction of physicists worldwide. Therefore the P^3 series (see below for the old description) temporarily moves online, and becomes Virtual Particle Physics in Paris (VP^3). A link to join will be provided at the page of each seminar, see below for the list.
We plan a schedule of one or two seminars per month, on Tuesdays at 16:00 Paris time. Physicists from around the world are welcome to join!
Particle Physics in Paris is a series of meetings aiming at gathering the particle and astro-particle physics community of the Paris area around a distinguished invited speaker. The goal of these meetings is to discuss the most exciting recent developments in the field of particle physics, exchange ideas, and start new collaborations. It is also an opportunity to get to know the new postdocs of the Paris community.
The meeting takes place once a month during the morning at the Institut Henri Poincaré (Sorbonne University). It starts at 11am with a 1h seminar, then lunch in the city center, and possibly in the afternoon a 1h joint journal club to discuss altogether about recent interesting papers.
We hope to see many of you at the P cube meeting!
