The purpose of the meeting is to gather experimentalists and theoreticians around problems related to radiative corrections in annihilation and scattering, of interest for PANDA, JLab, DESY, BES and Novosibirsk. Particular interest to the interface between calculations (importance of higher orders) and generators embedded in simulation and analysis programs.
