Review on visible sector models of inflation

I will briefly review the status of particle physics models of inflation after the Planck data, and highlight why the last 50-60 e-foldings of inflation has to be embedded within a visible sector model of inflation for a successful prediction on the abundance of dark matter, baryonic abundance and BBN.
