Description
Different methods to determine the luminosity for the ATLAS experiment
at the LHC will be discussed. A number of physics processes with a
potential to be used for absolute luminosity determination will be
discussed. The option of using accelerator parameters to calculate the
luminosity will also be addressed. ATLAS Forward Detectors to be used
for absolute luminosity determination as well as a detector for
relative luminosity measurement will be described.
