Description

We present an up-to-date global analysis of solar, atmospheric, reactor and accelerator neutrino data in the framework of three-neutrino oscillations, discussing in detail the statistical significance of the observed "hint" of non-zero theta_13 and determining the presently allowed ranges of masses and mixing. We then turn to models with one or two sterile neutrinos and present a re-analysis of global short-baseline neutrino oscillation data, taking into account the new predictions for the anti-neutrino flux emitted by nuclear reactors.
