Instructions for abstract submission:
The abstract submission is managed via the Indico server hosted at the Computing Centre of IN2P3. An account on this system is required in order to submit an abstract. First, follow the link "Submit a new abstract" and you will be asked to either log in or create an account:
Before submitting a new abstract, please consult the list of parallel sessions which is displayed on the scientific programme page. Your new abstract will have to be submitted to one of these sessions. Session conveners may redirect an abstract if they judge that its topic belongs to another session.
New abstracts should be submitted either for a talk or a poster. This choice will be indicated when filling in the submission form. Abstracts submitted for a talk can be accepted for a talk, proposed for a poster or rejected. An abstract submitted for a poster can be either accepted for a poster or rejected. On some occasions, session conveners will need to group abstracts and invite their authors to present mini-reviews.
As much as possible, we invite authors to limit the bodies of their abstracts to less than 2000 characters.
The reception of a new abstract by the Indico system will be acknowledged by a confirmation email sent to the submitter.
