We are happy to confirm that the proceedings of the meeting in honour of J. Cugnon and H.J. Pirner will be published as a special issue of "Few Body Systems". All papers will be subjected to the usual peer review process of the journal. Jean-René, Davide and myself will act as guest editors. The submission procedure will take advantage of the journal online submission system: http://fbsy.edmgr.com/
If you have never submitted any paper to FBS, you will need to register in order to create a login, otherwise please use your existing login. When you are logged in as "author', click on "Submit a manuscript", then choose the article type "SI: 30 Years Strong Interactions" which should be added to the choices very soon. The procedure should be then rather conventional.
In order to make the identification of papers for the special issue absolutely clear, you are also required to add a footnote to the title indicating that it is one of the papers presented at the workshop "30 years of strong interactions", as done in the template which we sent you by email along with a LaTeX macro package with class files and instructions.
There will be no strict page limit. However, if you expect to have a contribution with a page number significantly above 8, please inform us beforehand.
As regards the deadline, your contribution should be submitted on the online system by July 15,2011 in order to allow for the refereeing process to be carried out smoothly.
