We are organizing the first edition of a deep learning bootcamp, which will take place from November 2 to 6, 2026, in the Gilles Iltis room. The goal of this week is to acquire operational deep learning skills, from data preparation to model deployment. The sessions will be hands-on: participants will work on a project throughout the week, applying the different techniques covered as they progress.
The program includes:
- Introduction to PyTorch
- Dataset preparation and versioning with DVC
- Model design and training, with experiment tracking via MLflow
- Model interpretability using methods like SHAP
- Inference optimization with ONNX Runtime
PhD students, post-docs, researchers, IT staff, or anyone interested in deep learning ideally with basic Python skills are welcome to join. The bootcamp is limited to 16 participants.
