Conference Dinner at Borderline Firenze

An informal conference dinner will take place on Wednesday at the restaurant Borderline Firenze at 20:00.
The baseline menus are as the following:
Baseline menu 1 (meat-based):
45 euros per person. Water and wine included
- Entree: Mixed Tuscan appetizer (Charcuterie board, mixed bruschette, cheese board, pappa al pomodoro)
- Main course: pork tenderloin with caramelized onions, Fiorentina steak, roast potatoes
- Dessert: Tiramisu
- Coffee
Baseline menu 2 (vegetarian):
40 euros per person. Water and wine included
- Entree: zucchini flan with cheese fondue, mixed bruschette, cheese board, pappa al pomodoro
- Main course: aubergine parmigiana, roast potatoes
- Dessert: Tiramisu
- Coffee
Please communicate your choice of baseline menu using the Google Form by the end of the sessions on Monday. Note that changes to the menu according to all the communicated dietary restrictions can be made on site (without any price change). Remember to fill the form for each attendee.
