Instructions for registration

Registration fee information

	registration       (until April 30th 2026)
Participant	500 €
Accompanying person (welcome drink, excursion and conference diner)	150€

This registration fee includes: full access to the conference site, social program, lunches, coffee breaks, conference diner.

This registration fee does NOT include: the accommodation and dinners.

Conference registration involves two steps.
Please complete both on the same day.

STEP 1. Register on the registration

STEP 2. Finalize the registration via the payment on the Azur Colloque platform (detailed instructions are provided below)

Before starting, please ensure you have a valid payment card (VISA or Mastercard) available to avoid timeouts.  
Bank transfers and bons de commande (for participants from French institutions) are also possible.

1.Go to:  https://dr04.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/375/inscription
2. Indicate the dates and time (this information is not critical) you will be present at the conference  
3. If paying by bank transfer or bon de commande, you will be asked for a “financial manager name”: you may simply enter your own name. 
4. Complete the billing information that will appear on your invoice - If needed, have your institution’s identifier ready (VAT number for EU institutions, or fiscal/commercial number for others).  
5. Select the correct category and indicate whether you will bring an accompanying person to the dinner.
6. Proceed with payment immediately.  
7. If paying by bank transfer or bon de commande:  
- Please indicate your name and the name of the conference
- You will receive an email containing the IBAN (or the bon de commande document). 
- Either perform the bank transfer or send the *bon de commande* to your institution’s administrator.  
8. Once the payment is completed, we will validate your registration.

No payments can be accepted on site, all payments need to be done following the instructions above.
No refunds are possible in case of cancellation.
