Metrology in IFIC: 

• not fully compatible.

30 Wafer at IFIC from IJClab, LLR (⊃  19 from Tokyo)

Testing with probes : make scratches.
Should not do too many.

(1 for LUXE was broken in cleaning).

C2V curves. Edge effect seen (pixels on the edge have higher capacitance).
