Please indicate any accommodation and accessibility requests or dietary requirements in the registration form (check the Venue, Accommodation, and Travel entry in the menu for details); we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible. Please note that accommodation for non-permanents will be provided by default in shared double rooms.
Due to the limited number of places, students and postdocs are kindly asked to upload a short motivation letter or a CV as part of the registration.
A certificate of attendance can be issued to all participants upon request.
For attendees working in French laboratories: GWsNS-2026 is recognised as a CNRS Thematic School within the CNRS program Formation Permanente, and the organisation benefits from CNRS financial support. Participation is therefore recognised by French doctoral schools and may count toward mandatory doctoral training. The number of credits is determined by your doctoral school’s internal rules; participants should contact their doctoral school directly. Because the school is part of the CNRS education program, it may also be eligible for financial support from French doctoral schools (subject to local rules); please check with your doctoral school.
