Conference hotel

We strongly recommend to stay at the HOTEL CAMPANILE PRIME - PARIS SACLAY (https://paris-saclay.campanile.com/en-us/), located at a 8-minutes walking distance from the conference venue. There has been a recent change in their booking policy, inducing in some cases some unexpected error messages. This is now fixed!
Hotel registration is done by the attendees and not by CEA.
In order to benefit from the guaranteed price of 124€/night (excl. 5,53€ local tax), you should write to : adjoints.paris.saclay@campanile.fr or call +33-1 84 00 85 35. Your dedicated contact persons are Katarinah and Niamo. Please mention “CEA EPICS” as the purpose of your visit, and your travel dates. This negotiated price includes breakfast and specific cancellation policy. You may find different prices on booking platforms: we have no control on that.

Some hotels are also available nearby Massy train station. This station is well located to come to the conference, to the airport and to Paris.

Versailles is another possibility (around 40 minutes by car).

We recommend using "IleDeFrance Mobilités" Application on your phone to validate ticket if you are using public transportation.

It exists possibility to get a week pass for 31.5€ that gives you access to bus, train and tramway for every zone from Paris to suburb.

This is still possible to get a physical card at a train station for 2€ and to load it with tickets or pass if you prefer.

From Paris or Charles de Gaulle Airport to ENS site

There is no direct public transportation from Paris or Charles de Gaulles airport to the meeting EPICS site (ENS), you will take the train to "Le Guichet" or "Massy-Palaiseau" train station, and then take the bus to the bus stop "Moulon".

From Paris or Charles de Gaulle Airport 

From Paris or Charles de Gaulle Airport, the fastest public transportation is the train called RER B - Direction "Saint Remy Lès Chevreuse" or Direction "Massy-Palaiseau".

Parking

ENS Paris-Saclay does not have a parking lot, but you can also park in the Le Silo paid parking lot (rue Yvette Cauchois), the free parking lot on rue Raimond Castaing (5 min walk), or the free parking lot at Plaine des sports (15 Chemin de Moulon – 10 min walk).
