Meeting venue
The meeting will take place in the Physics Auditorium (Bldg. 20) on Campus Triolet/Faculty of Sciences of the Montpellier University. See campus map below.
The event is hosted by the two physics laboratories, Laboratoire Univers & Particules de Montpellier (LUPM) and Laboratoire Charles Coulomb (L2C), of CNRS and the University of Montpellier.

Wifi
Eduroam is available in the Physics Auditorium and elsewhere on campus. If necessary we can provide you with a short-term university wifi access.
Meals & coffee breaks
Meals will be served at the university canteen (see campus map below). Coffee breaks will be in front of the Physics Auditorium.
Public transport
Public transport having become totally free for the residents of the Montpellier area, ticket-vending machines have almost disappeared! Non-residents still need to buy tickets, though. You can buy tickets on-line with your smartphone here ticket_tam , or by installing the M'Ticket app (recommended).
Directions
To reach the campus from the city center, the quickest is by tram: Take line-1 'direction Mosson' and stop either at 'Saint-Eloi' or at 'Universités des sciences et lettres'; roughly a 15-minute ride from the railway station 'Gare Saint Roch'.
Either stops are 10-minute walking distance from the venue:
-from Saint-Eloi stop, walk back some 50 meters then turn left on Av. Dr Prezet, then left on Rue du Truel and walk to the University main entrance.
-from Universités-des-sciences-et-lettres stop, turn right on Av. Augustin Fliche; walk to the (beautiful/ugly) donut-sausage roundabout to reach the University pedestrain main entrance.

Travelling to Montpellier
You can reach Montpellier by car, train or plane. Please note there are two different railway stations, and most trains do NOT stop at both: Gare Saint-Roch is situated in the city center while Sud de France is outside the city.
Arriving by train:
At Gare Saint-Roch, exit from the ground floor to tram line-1 direction Mosson (15-minute ride to the campus)
At Sud de France take tram line-1: a 20-minute ride to Gare Saint Roch (city center) or 35min to the campus.
Arriving by plane:
Take the shuttle bus 620 (serving all days) in front of Aéroport Montpellier Méditerranée that takes you to tram line-1 stop 'Place de l'Europe'.
By car:
If you intend to enter the campus by car, please inform us 10 days before the meeting, at the latest, as you will need a special authorization to access the campus.
Accomodation
If your travel and stay are managed by the Etamine-Notilus-Goelett French system, you will have to choose a hotel among the eligible list of that system. Otherwise here is a non-exhaustive list.
