- 🛏️ Hotel stay from June 30 (evening) to July 3 (morning)
- 🍽️ Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- ☕ Two coffee breaks per day during the workshop sessions
Please note that no additional costs are expected for participants. All necessary expenses related to the meeting/workshop will be covered, so there is no need for individual contributions.
✈️ Travel Costs:
Travel expenses are reimbursable upon request. For participants who are unable or prefer not to cover the travel costs in advance, please inform us as early as possible so that appropriate arrangements (such as direct booking) can be made.
