Description
In this talk, we present for the first time an analytical attempt to model the cross-correlation between peculiar velocity and galaxy density. Until now, the extraction of cosmological information from these statistics has been limited to the two-point correlation between velocity and density. Extending the analysis to higher-order statistics enables access to information encoded in nonlinear evolution and introduces sensitivity to non-Gaussian components. This opens up novel, albeit currently theoretical, directions to alleviate parameter degeneracies inherent in two-point analyses, and paves the way for new theoretical developments
