LATOURNETTv1 #1 is repaired (change of a capasitor) and reserved for tests of NDD. It will stay on the support de table. Keep IPMC on it.
SOMACIS emaied that PCBs are ready. Met ProtoProcess reps last week. They reserved three weeks in April for our mini--prod cabling (starting 2nd wee of April). To components inventory to prepare cabling.
Other to do: (2) new IPMC testcard (3) front panes [received at LAPP] (4) extend test setups to support RTM (x2) (5) document new v2 to describe location and functionality of jumpers and other HW features

prepare FW for v2 tests (new pinout) - make code generic to work for both versions

- Installed new computer 1057 in the crate (w Sylvain), jtag works; discussed how to connect optical cables (JM will provide transievers, need cable); maintain Phase-1 style setup (private network) for Phase-2 at LAPP
- work on LTI for EMF testbench, use Docker for CI (following setup done by Pablo for LASP)

- received instructions for passive RTM configuration w CERN IPMC - sent to Sylvain
- no news on eprom
Work on Phase I IPMC code for LATOME bugfix (email of Etinne) - holidays in 10 days

- LATOURNETT v1 #2 updated thresholds in the code - NDD needs to test
- Developped kit to flash IPMC (RP + connector from JM) - need to make more connectors, to follow up with Enzo/Eric
- Order some RS components with NDD
To do priority : IPMC configuration for LATOURNETT v2
Then Phase 1 need to revive setup to flash LATOME MMC for spares (to buy more RP)

Discussed slides for Friday IN2P3 review
Discussed installation: we should not make any commitments for it because we need to make sure to deliver our HW in good working shape in the same period.
To check about ATCA crates (status etc) - will we need to update LAPP setup eventually to ensure that can test prod here?
To follow up on market surveys (in particular cablin before JM leaves)
Would be good to have a ROD for LAPP museum (just one!)
