The workshop registration follows a 2-step process in order to allow young scientists to apply for a grant covering part of the registration fees and lodging
1 – pre-registration
2 – payment/confirmation of the registration following the link once your pre-registration is confirmed / grant accepted or denied.
Pre-registration
All participants complete the pre-registration form.
Young scientists can apply for a partial exemption from registration fees in a separate application file. These grants will be provided within the limit of the dedicated budget, on the basis of the information at hand, as well as possible contributions.
According to your situation, you will get a quick confirmation or have to wait for the SOC to assess your grant application.

Registration confirmation
Upon validation of your pre-registration, use the website quoted in the validation e-mail for the payment of the registration fees and extras, as needed. Choose the price range category that corresponds to your situation (see below).
For young scientists with a grant select Partial fees exemption as the price range category
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer (bank transfer is possible even from abroad).
Please note that payment by cash and "CNRS Carte Achat" are not allowed.
There will also be a text block to inform us in case of food or specific allergies.
An invoice will be automatically generated.
