Description

Paris-Saclay Space Science Center (CPS3) has been leading for a few years now a discussion on the contribution of high-altitude platforms, also called "High Altitude Pseudo Satellite" or HAPS.

We will pursue the discussion during a workshop, Monday the 24th of March, at the Institut Pascal (Paris-Saclay).
