Hunting for heavy b baryons - from Cascade_b to Omega_b

The large cross section of b quark production at the Fermilab Tevatron collider offers unique opportunities for hunting for heavy baryons that are inaccessible at B factories. In this talk, I will present D0's effort in searching for heavy b baryons and our latest result on the observation of the omega_b baryon, fully reconstructed from its decay to J/psi and Omega.
