MEALS
All meals will be already paid by COPIGAL France.
Lunch : Lunch on November 28th and lunch on November 29th will be served directly at the Scientific Center of Polish Academy of Sciences (buffet).
Social dinner :A social dinner will be organised on November 28th at the restaurant KLEBER :
80 Avenue Kléber- 75116 Paris, France.
If you want to attend it please mention it on the registration form.
ACCOMMODATION
To participants coming from Poland : Please indicate if you are interested in booking a room in the Center Scientifique de l'Académie Polonaise des Sciences : Stacja Naukowa Polskiej Akademii Nauk in Paris. There are 10-11 rooms pre-reserved in this location , which will be attributed to the first (& lucky) participants .
For the other participants, accommodation will be covered by the COPIGAL France after the meeting. You have to book by yourself your hotel (180€/night maximum can be refunded). In order to be reimbursed please keep the original invoice with you. You will have to provide it for your reimbursement.
