General news:
- Little leftovers of preprod modules will be available
- We start to review availability during the preoduction. Stephanie is going to poll everybody about this.
Wirebonding:
- Bonding head: email last week saying that the head is arrived @ Bondtec and new we have to wait 4 weeks. This is not our accord we are asking for clarifications. Our expectations were that the head should come back between tomorrow and next week.
- Ball bonding head: a technician visit should have been scheduled to mount and test the new head but nothing happened.
- Schedule the mainteinance at the same time as the reinstallation of the head
- Module status: 6 modules left to wirebond
- Pull-test: a lot of variance between GA* . Example mod 41: GA1 >9, GA2 = 8, GA3 < 8
- Rotation in certain modules is not helping
Assembly:
- Confocal laser not working yet. Under test with MCE people
Testing:
- System is (was?) working for temperature / pressure / Rh (via SHT35). Tbd: Rh via analog sensor and SHT85.
- Are we able to build the sealing taps for the climate chamber better adapted for the cables? The current ones are letting the air in
- Push to install the second chuck
- Chiller for XRay ordered, should arrive soon
- We can use the XRay machine with less than 35 kV without ASN authorisation. We can start to use it like that.
