Registration

The conference fee of 350 Euros covers participation at the meeting, 5 lunches (from Monday to Friday), the conference dinner, the refreshments at the coffee breaks, the welcome cocktail, the poster session cocktail, the transportation and excursion in Paris, and the workshop gadgets.

There will be an extra 150 Euros fee for accompanying persons, which will include the welcome cocktail, the excursion to Paris, and the conference dinner.


Registration at SSNET'24 must done in severals steps :

1- First pre-register by using the "Pre-registration form" link on the left menu of this page. This step provides the "Indico" account which is necessary to register to the conference and submit your abstract.

2- You pre register on the specific (Azur-colloque) payment interface

3- You receive an email confirming your pre registration.

4- The organisers have to validate your pre registration (so please do not worry if you do not get any confirmation immediately after pre registration as it may take quite a bit of time for several reasons).

5- Once your pre registration has been validated you will receive a second email inviting you to proceed to the final registration and payment of the fee.

 

!!! Please make sure to send a proof of payment of your fees to: event@ijclab.in2p3.fr as soon as you can, in order to avoid any unnecessary payment reminder (without this document we will keep on asking you about the proof of payment) !!!

 

Please note that :

  • The only payment method is to pay by credit card. For CNRS labs members please provide us with an order form for payment (mandatory).
  • You need to use the same formulation and email address when confirming your registration (step 4). The online system (a bit rigid) asks for the exact wording when you enter your last name, first name and email address for the second time. Also make sure to use the correct lowercase and uppercase letters.
  • If you encounter a “technical” problem with the payment process and cannot terminate the transaction using your credit card it is almost certainly that you created a computer bug. Your email address and data are then stored so you cannot start the payment process again. In order to solve this issue we will cancel your registration so that you can pre register and go through the whole process of registration as a new participant.
  • If you register as an accompanying person please use a different email address from the one indicated in your spouse/partner registration.
