The conference will start on Monday, November 4th and finish on Friday November 8th.
All sessions will be held at the IJCLab auditorium "Pierre Lehmann" (Building #200) at Orsay, France.
A welcome cocktail will be offered on the evening of Monday, November 4 (building #200).
The poster session and a cocktail will be organized on Tuesday, November 5 (building #200).
The excursion and social dinner will be held in Paris on Thursday, November 7.

Poster size: We recommend tu use for posters a "portrait" (not landscape) format with dimensions A0 (height=118.9 cm, width=84.1 cm) or C0 (height=129.7 cm, width=91.7 cm).
Grids (approximately 190 cm high x 100 cm wide) will be available to hang the posters (2 posters/grid, i.e. one on each side).
