Next-to-leading power (NLP) corrections can leave a numerically sizable impact on the differential distribution of cross sections in the threshold limit. I'll discuss the computation of NLP corrections to the Higgs plus one jet production in the hadron collider. I'll show how the shifting of spinors in the tree level helicity amplitudes can capture the leading next-to-soft radiative behaviour and explain a few interesting consequences such as the connection between dipoles & colour-ordered amplitudes in the non-radiative & radiative cases, vanishing of next-to-maximal helicity violating amplitudes etc. The final analytic expressions of NLP leading logarithms thus obtained for various helicity configurations look simpler and compact.
