Practical information

Access to LPNHE and workshop location
The laboratory is located in the northwest sector of the Jussieu campus near the metro station "Jussieu" found on line 7 and line 10. The access plan is the following address: http://lpnhe.in2p3.fr/spip.php?article80. The metro map is available on the RATP website: http://www.ratp.fr

The registration will take place in the cafeteria of LPNHE, on the first floor of bar 12-22. The presentations will take place in the 1222-RC-08 room on the ground floor of the same bar. The hands-on sessions will be held in UTES, on the 1st floor of the ATRIUM building.

 

Accommodation

CNRS participants will stay at the Hotel CIS Paris Kellermann. Other participants can stay at the same place or at an alternative accommodation of their choice. People staying at Kellermann can decide to have dinner there for free (included in the registration fees).  
The nearest underground station is Porte d'Italie (line 7). By bus: bus #184 Damesne stop. From Charles de Gaulle airport: RER B, bus #351. From Orly airport: Orly Bus
 

Meals

We are trying to have lunches served in the brasserie "L'Ardoise" inside the Jussieu campus, to be confirmed in the next days. 

 

Fees

The school is open to CNRS and non-CNRS attendants. CNRS agents do not need to pay any registration fees. For non-CNRS attendants, the registration fees are:

  • 250 euros for students and 320 euros for other attendants, wishing to stay in Hotel CIS Paris Kellermann the nights of Wednesday and Thursday 
  • 100 euros for everyone else
