Participation at the conference is free of charge.
The conference is planned to be held as an in-presence event.
Who wants to contribute with a talk must apply in the "call for abstracts" section.
Due to room capacity, we will only be able to accommodate up to 50 participants.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to register for the event only if you plan to actually attend.
Registrations will be collected until the deadline and reviewed afterwards, with acceptance notifications sent within a few days.
We may be able to accept late registrations depending on remaining availability.
