Le programme proposé a tenté de prendre en compte un maximum de vos attentes en laissant notamment une large part aux discussions (sous forme d'ateliers) et moments conviviaux. Les retours qui ont été faits suite au café labo du 2 juin vont être pris en compte, aussi veuillez considérer l'agenda comme étant encore provisoire.
You will find below the informations on the LP2i-days organisation. The proposed program tried to take into account as many of your expectations as possible, in particular by leaving a large part to discussions (in the form of workshops) and convivial moments. Feedback from the coffee lab on June 2 will be taken into account, so please consider the agenda as still provisional.
Lieu - Venue
Les journées du LP2i auront lieu au Villages Vacances VVF Lège Cap-Ferret situé à Claouey à l'entrée de la presqu'île du Cap-Ferret. Le VVF Lège Cap-Ferret met à disposition une salle de conférence et nous accueille en hébergement bungalow (2 chambres séparées et 1 salle de bain commune) en pension complète (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner), le tout sur un site respecteux de l'environnement certifié par l'Ecolabel européen FR/051/027.
The LP2i-days will take place at Villages Vacances VVF Lège Cap-Ferret in Claouey at the beginning of Cap-Ferret peninsula. VVF Lège Cap-Ferret is providing conference room, accomodation in bungalows (2 separated bedrooms and 1 common bathroom) in full board pension (breakfast, lunch and dinner), all in an eco-friendly environnement qualified by the european Ecolabel FR/051/027.
Transport
Le transport peut se faire en bus depuis le laboratoire, en vélo avec un départ groupé ou par véhicule personnel (covoiturage recommandé).

Hebergement - Accomodation
L'hébergement se fait dans des bungalows comprenant une pièce commune avec coin kitchenette, 2 chambres séparées, salle d'eau et wc communs.
Lors de l'inscription vous pouvez indiquer la personne avec laquelle vous souhaitez partager le bungalow. En cas de besoin spécifique, un bungalow adapté et/ou individuel pourra être réservé, n’hésitez pas à contacter Fanny.
Accommodation is arranged in bungalows with a common room and kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms and shared bathroom and toilet.
When registering you can indicate the person with whom you wish to share the bungalow. In case of specific need an adapted and/or individual bungalow can be booked, do not hesitate to contact Fanny.
