We have 3 social events planned for the duration of the workshop.
These events are free to all participants, however, we strongly advise to complete the social questionnaire which has been sent via email, which will allow us to properly plan for each one of these events and avoid waste.
Welcome cocktail
On Monday, 4 March, a welcome cocktail will take place at Hotel Saint Mart , starting at 19:00h.
Walking tour in the old city of Clermont-Ferrand
On Wednesday, 6 March, 18:30h there will be a guided tour through the old city of Clermont-Ferrand. This will be a great opportunity to get to know the surrounding areas and its cultural heritage.
Conference dinner
A conference dinner will take place on Wednesday, 6 March, at Brasserie Madeleine, starting at 19:30h (just after the walking tour). The restaurant is located close to the Notre Damme of Assumption cathedral in the very center of Clermont.
