Accommodation and Meals:
Accommodation will be provided for free from July 18th to July 25th (seven nights, single room, breakfast included). Participants are expected to check in and check out on these dates. You'll be staying at the Pré Saint Jean, about 10 minutes walk away from LAPP. Click here to see a map of the area and the way to go from the Pré St Jean to the laboratory. You can find additional information directly on their site.
Lunches will be provided for free from July 18th to July 25th.
A reception cocktail will also be offered.
The rest of the dinners are the responsibility of the participants and/or their universities.
Please contact the organizers if you need a special diet.
